  – International road freight liability insurance ( CMR ).
  – In accordance with the provisions of the insurance contract, our company undertakes the compensation obligations that the carrier, as an insured, has to bear against the principal based on the international CMR Convention, thus providing coverage for damages caused by damage or loss of transported goods.
• Payment / Down Payment:
  – To finalize the delivery, we only ask for the minimum part of the pre-agreed delivery fee as a down payment. You can pay the remaining amount upon receipt of your shipment!

Customs procedure, list of required documents, customs payment?

Of course, many people are unaware of the changed customs procedures since Brexit – which is fine.
When performing our service, we place great emphasis on the full implementation of the background processes. In order to carry out customs clearance, our customers only need to obtain a few official documents:

• Proof of English address
• Proof of Hungarian address
• Copy of your Passport

If you supply us these documents there will be no other obligations on your side! Your movable property will be cleared by customs as your own property for the purpose of moving home, as a result of which you will not have to pay customs duties.

How much does customs administration cost?

Our issued price offers already include this fee. In addition, the Customer will not be charged any other additional costs.

Package marking, or do I have to include my data on my packages?

• The answer: NO! Your packages do not need to be addressed separately! We will ask for a separate list of your personal belongings, the so-called “Packing List”, on which all items to be sent will be listed item by item!
  Upon delivery, your packages will be handed over based on this list.

To use our service, it is advisable to contact us 1 – 1.5 months before the scheduled moving date, so that we can organize the logistics processes from A to Z! In cases of urgent, unforeseen relocation, we can fulfill your request even within a week and a half!
